Fed up with chain restaurants that felt formulaic we wanted to create a local restaurant that welcomed everyone with first class but simple food.
This was easy enough to achieve by serving food from our farm just four miles away that we knew was top notch from the very beginning.
The HOOF serves the very best beef and potatoes that we rear and grow on the farm.

By providing food straight from the farm to plate we knew our customers could enjoy the very best quality of food that could hardly be more local. In a time when we are all concerned with our carbon footprint and eating local ingredients the creation of The HOOF made perfect sense.
Our staff are all given extensive training, have visited the farm and live and breathe the values we envisaged for the restaurant.
